We were kindly advised by the local authorities that creating a private event and closing the venue to the general public would reduce the need for their interference. Additionally, registration helps us report accurate numbers for catering, staff requirements and insurance. And most importantly knowing the numbers motivates the organisers that volunteer their spare time to make ECC happen!

Yes. Registration helps us prepare for the event and covers essential costs, including insurance.

No. The venue does not allow camping. The cabins are setup for groups so we highly recommend that you work out sharing the cost of accomodation with your mates.

Other costs such as the Presentation Dinner will be announced closer to the event.
